GENICHESK, April 30. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops terrorize civilians as an instrument of pressure on the Western sponsors, Kherson Region Governor Vladimir Saldo said.

"The Ukrainian army is using terror against civilians as a means of pressure and a as a means to tell the Western sponsors, ‘You still need us, keep on supplying us with money and weapons,’" he told TASS.

He slammed such practices as cynical and criminal.
