MILWAUKEE /Wisconsin/, July 16. /TASS/. US Presidential candidate Donald Trump refrained from answering a question from TASS regarding his readiness to begin negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin in case he wins the November 5 presidential elections.

After the end of the first day of the Republican National Convention, where Trump arrived late on evening with his ear bandaged, the ex-President greeted his supporters, shaking hands with several of them.
