Second Global Media Congress to commence work in Abu Dhabi

A specialized conference and an international exhibition of information forum will be organized on the Congress floor

ABU DHABI, November 14. /TASS/. The second Global Media Congress will open on Tuesday in the capital of the United Arab Emirates.

The TASS delegation led by First Deputy Director General Mikhail Gusman will take part in activities of the forum that will be held from November 14 to 16.

A specialized conference and an international exhibition of information forum will be organized on the Congress floor. Participants in the conference will discuss the most pressing issues of the industry, including the use of digital communication tools, integration of modern technologies and innovative solutions in the mass media infrastructure, and the influence of artificial intelligence on mass media activities.

According to organizers of the event, 257 media companies from 172 countries will take part in the Congress, a third more than in the last year.
