Moscow believes that the Anchorage summit yielded an agreement and is still ready to go back to it, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a news conference to sum up his participation in the High-level Week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

"We believe that an agreement was reached in Anchorage and we are still ready to return to it. And Europe is feeling sidelined," Lavrov noted.
