At least 43 Russians killed in Ukraine’s attacks on buses — diplomat

LUGANSK, August 28. /TASS/. A total of 43 Russian civilians, including three children, have been killed in Ukrainian strikes that targeted almost 170 buses, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik has told TASS.

"As of August 27, Ukrainian armed groups attacked 167 buses since the start of 2026. A total of 329 people were wounded, including 17 minors, while 43 were killed, among them three children," he said.
