MOSCOW, December 2. /TASS/. Moscow and Minsk are committed to strengthening Eurasian security and combating attempts by external forces to interfere in the affairs of the countries of the continent, Russia and Belarus said in a statement on their joint vision of the Eurasian Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity in the 21st Century.
"[We are committed] to combating attempts by external forces to interfere in the affairs of Eurasian countries and pursue a policy aimed at undermining the processes of consolidation and cooperation on the continent, imposing their development models and alien spiritual and moral values," the statement reads.
In addition, Moscow and Minsk are determined to work together to set up a new continental architecture of security cooperation based on the principles of indivisible security, justice, legitimacy, sustainability and the joint contribution of all participants.
