Russian top brass posts clip of precision strike on Ukrainian military command post

The unit’s headquarters was wiped out by a pinpoint surgical strike

MOSCOW, April 20. /TASS/. The Russian Defense Ministry uploaded a video on Wednesday showing a smart munition wiping out a Ukrainian army command post.

"The strike by the Krasnopol high-precision artillery munition was delivered on the reconnoitered command post of a Ukrainian mechanized infantry command post located in the building of an industrial site. The unit’s headquarters was wiped out by a pinpoint surgical strike. The precision weapon was guided and the accuracy of the strike was controlled by the team of an unmanned aerial vehicle," the ministry said in a commentary.

Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Major-General Igor Konashenkov said on April 19 that operational-tactical aircraft of Russia’s Aerospace Forces eliminated 31 Ukrainian military targets. These targets included two command posts and 28 areas of the amassment of Ukrainian manpower and military hardware near the communities of Razdolnoye and Novogrodovka, and also a depot of ammunition for multiple rocket launchers near Privolye.
