Russian investigators look into Ukrainian attacks targeting civilians in DPR, Belgorod

The Investigative Committee of Russia reported that ‘Russian investigators will establish all circumstances of the incident and identify those responsible for the deaths of civilians"

MOSCOW, January 1. /TASS/. The Russian Investigative Committee has launched an inquiry into Ukrainian attacks on the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Belgorod region, in which civilians were injured, the committee said on its Telegram channel on Monday.

"According to information obtained from executive authorities, one man was killed and another one injured when Ukrainian armed groups opened fire on the Shebekino district in the city of Belgorod," Russian investigators said. "Besides, three people were injured in a Ukrainian attack on the Petrovsky district of the Donetsk People’s Republic."

‘Russian investigators will establish all circumstances of the incident and identify those responsible for the deaths of civilians," the committee added.
