MOSCOW, October 27. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has thanked participants in the summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) for coming to Moscow.

"First of all, I would like to welcome you all and thank you for finding time to come to Moscow. I am pleased to welcome you all to the eighth summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum," he told the summit.

The Russian leader stressed that this organization unites leading natural gas producers and suppliers to the global market.
