TransContainer posts over 11% rise in 2023 net profit under IFRS to $219 mln

TransContainer is a Russian intermodal container operator, which is wholly owned by the Delo group of companies

MOSCOW, March 18. /TASS/. Net profit of TransContainer under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) rose by 11.7% in 2023 compared with 2022 to 20 bln rubles ($219 mln), the Russian container operator reported.

Revenue increased by 11% in the reporting period to 199.2 bln rubles ($2.18 bln). EBITDA gained 10.4% to 42.08 bln rubles ($460.5 mln).

TransContainer is a Russian intermodal container operator, which is wholly owned by the Delo group of companies. As of early 2024, the company's fleet consisted of 40,800 flatcars with total capacity of more than 130,100 TEUs, including approximately 35,500 of its own wagons.
