Aeroflot to restart flights to Hong Kong from November 19

Entry to the territory of Hong Kong is authorized only to a certain categories of passengers - Hong Kong residents, holders of residence permits, and certain other specifically authorized categories, the airline says

MOSCOW, November 17. /TASS/. Aeroflot plans to resume flying to Hong Kong from November 19, the Russian flag carrier says on Tuesday.

"Aeroflot resumes flights to Hong Kong from November 19, 2020," the airline says. Flights will be made weekly on Thursdays from Moscow to Hong Kong and back to Moscow on Saturdays, it adds.

Entry to the territory of Hong Kong is authorized only to a certain categories of passengers - Hong Kong residents, holders of residence permits, and certain other specifically authorized categories, the airline says.

The air traffic between Russia and China has not been started formally at the moment. Many airlines make freight and passenger flights intended primary for carriage of goods but with certain passenger categories authorized on board.
