Netanyahu believes strikes on Iran already improved Israel’s global status

The Israeli prime minister added that his country expects "to enable" an uprising and a government change in Iran

TEL AVIV, March 10. /TASS/. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu believes that the ongoing military operation against Iran has already produced a positive effect on his country’s global status.

"We will bring about change, and we are already bringing about a massive shift in Israel's international standing," Netanyahu said while visiting the National Health Command Center.

Also, the premier said his country is "breaking their [the Islamic Republic’s] bones" with its strikes and expects "to enable" an uprising and a government change there.

The United States and Israel launched a military operation against Iran on February 28. Major Iranian cities, including Tehran, were struck. The White House justified the attack by citing alleged missile and nuclear threats from Iran. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced a retaliatory operation, targeting sites in Israel. US military bases in Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE were also hit. Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and some other key Iranian leaders were killed in the joint US-Israeli attack.
