LONDON, April 23. /TASS/. The foreign ministers of the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Ukraine have postponed a meeting scheduled for Wednesday after US Secretary of State Marco Rubio decided not to travel to London, Sky News reported.

According to the broadcaster, discussions will instead take place among senior officials from the five nations. Sky News notes that Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrey Sibiga, who is still due to be in London, will presumably hold a bilateral meeting with British Foreign Secretary David Lammy.
