NEW YORK, November 7. /TASS/. Chinese President Xi Jinping held a telephone conversation with Donald Trump congratulating him on the victory in the US presidential election, CNN reported citing its unidentified sources.

However, according to CNN, when asked about the reported telephone conversation between Xi and Trump the Chinese Embassy in Washington responded that it had no commentaries to make regarding this information.

TASS news agency has no comments at the present time from US President-elect Trump’s press office.
