MOSCOW, July 19. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that he highly values the mutual understanding and friendship with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

"Please convey my greetings and best wishes to Comrade Kim Jong Un. I highly value the mutual understanding on all issues and friendly relations between us," he said at a meeting with visiting North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui.
