Guterres to travel to Kiev on Wednesday to discuss grain deal — spokesman

Antonio Guterres is scheduled to meet with Vladimir Zelensky in Kiev on Wednesday morning to discuss extending the grain deal "in all its aspects and other pertinent issues"

UNITED NATIONS, March 7. /TASS/. UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has arrived in Poland before going to Ukraine where he is set to meet with the country’s President Vladimir Zelensky, Stephane Dujarric, a spokesman for the UN chief, told reporters on Tuesday.

Guterres is scheduled to meet with Zelensky in Kiev on Wednesday morning to discuss extending the grain deal "in all its aspects and other pertinent issues," the spokesman said.

Dujarric said Guterres will be back in New York on Thursday.

This will be Guterres’s third visit to Ukraine since the start of the special military operation. He has been in Moscow only once over that time.
