It is emphasized that the UK is currently in the category of unfriendly states

MOSCOW, October 26. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin did not send a telegram to Rishi Sunak congratulating him with his election to UK Prime Minister’s office, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters Wednesday.
