Turkish foreign minister says his meeting with Blinken was good

The talks between the two top diplomats lasted slightly more than an hour

UNITED NATIONS, May 18. /TASS/. Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu described Wednesday’s talks with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken at the United Nations as good, he told reporters on Wednesday.

"We had a good meeting," he said after the talks, but he did not elaborate on other details. Nor did he say whether Turkey’s concerns about Finland and Sweden joining NATO had been addressed.

The talks between the two top diplomats lasted slightly more than an hour.
