GORKI, March 03. /ITAR-TASS/. Preparation works for the 2014 Winter Paralympic Games, which open in Russia’s Sochi on Friday, will be concluded by March 5, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak said on Monday.

“A total of 45 athletic teams are expected in Sochi and 38 of them have been already accommodated,” Kozak, who is also a member of the 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee, said at a meeting with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
