Ukraine sustains roughly 65 casualties in Kherson direction

MOSCOW, December 16. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops sustained roughly 65 casualties in the Kherson direction in the course of the special military operation in the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

"In the Kherson direction, enemy losses in [Russian] artillery fire and air strikes near the localities of Tyagonka and Belozerka in the Kherson Region amounted to roughly 65 troops and seven cars," the Russian defense agency said.

According to it, an ammo depot was also destroyed. Also, in counterbattery fire, Russian forces struck five Ukrainian howitzers.
