MOSCOW, December 16. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops sustained roughly 100 casualties in the Krasny Liman direction in the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

"In the Krasny Liman direction, [Russia’s] Battlegroup Center, supported by army aviation and artillery, repelled two attacks by assault teams of Ukraine’s 12 Special Purpose Brigade near the settlement of Kuzmino in the Lugansk People’s Republic and struck Ukrainian manpower and equipment near the settlement of Grigorovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic," the ministry said. The enemy sustained roughly 100 casualties and lost five armored combat vehicles, four cars and a D-20 howitzer, the Russian defense agency specified.
