MOSCOW, September 10. /TASS/. More than 3 million voters in 25 Russian regions have already voted online, Central Election Commission (CEC) Chairwoman Ella Pamfilova said at a news briefing.

"Online voter turnout is traditionally high. <…> So far, as many as 3 million voters in 25 regions, including Moscow, have cast their vote," Pamfilova said.
