MOSCOW, May 27. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin’s second state visit to Kazakhstan during a single presidential term demonstrates the very high level of relations between Moscow and Astana, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
"This is not a unique situation. It has happened before. But it happens very rarely" he noted.
"Absolutely," the spokesman replied when asked whether this indicates a very high level of relations between the countries. "This is one of our closest partners and allies. Our relations are truly comprehensive, very rich in substance, and mutually beneficial," Peskov pointed out.
