MOSCOW, November 22. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces have lost 150 troops in the Kursk area over the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
In total, the enemy has lost more than 34,690 troops since the fighting began in the region.
An in-absentia arrest warrant was issued for Aleksi Bibichadze, a Georgian mercenary, for crimes committed in the Kursk Region, the press service of the main military investigation directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee told TASS.
The Committee of Families of Fatherland Warriors has gathered over 1,700 metric tons of humanitarian aid for the residents of the Kursk Region, Marina Sedneva, the head of the Bryansk headquarters of the movement, reported.

Operation to neutralize Ukrainian forces
- Units of Russia’s Battlegroup North defeated Ukrainian armed formations in the areas of the settlements of Aleksandriya, Viktorovka, Daryino, Lebedevka, Leonidovka, Malaya Loknya, Nikolsky, Novoivanovka and Sverdlikovo.
- Russian operational/tactical and army aircraft, missile forces hit enemy manpower and equipment in the Kursk and Sumy regions.
- The operation to destroy Ukrainian forces is ongoing.
Ukraine’s losses
- Over the day, the enemy lost 150 troops, four motor vehicles, an artillery piece and two mortars.
- Since the beginning of hostilities in the Kursk Region, Kiev has lost over 34,690 troops, 215 tanks, 147 infantry fighting vehicles, 120 armored personnel carriers, 1,190 armored combat vehicles, 992 motor vehicles, 297 artillery pieces, 40 multiple rocket launchers, including 11 HIMARS and six MLRS of US manufacture
Georgian mercenary’s in-absentia arrest
- A court issued an arrest warrant in absentia for Aleksi Bibichadze, a Georgian mercenary, for crimes committed in the Kursk Region, the press service of the main military investigation directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee told TASS.
- According to the agency, Bibichadze is being charged with a terrorist act, mercenary activities, illegal crossing of the Russian border and a number of other crimes committed in the Kursk Region.
Humanitarian aid
- Members of the Committee of Families of Fatherland Warriors have gathered over 1,700 metric tons of humanitarian aid for the residents of the Kursk Region who suffered from attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces, Marina Sedneva, the head of the Bryansk headquarters of the movement, told TASS.
