MOSCOW, November 21. /TASS/. The Russian Armed Forces carried out a combined strike on a Ukrainian military-industrial complex facility in response to the strikes on Russian territory with US-made and British-made weapons, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a televised address.

"The Russian Armed Forces carried out a combined strike at a Ukrainian military-industrial complex facility on November 21 of this year in response to the use of American and British long-range weapons," Putin said.
