"The Minister of Culture of the Government of National Unity [of Libya] will arrive in St. Petersburg tomorrow for an international cultural forum. We expect a parliamentary delegation by the end of the month," the diplomat pointed out.
According to Aganin, the Russian-Libyan dialogue has been "building up and reaching a good level" in recent months. "Since Libya has emerged from the civil confrontation, there remains a split. However, everything is now brewing on the political plane, and this does not prevent the development of bilateral ties," he noted.
