Police seize cache in LPR’s Melovoye community

The local criminal police officers and OMON police confiscated a foreign-made FAT-4 grenade launcher, an RGD-5 grenade, and 150 7.62-millimeter cartridges

LUGANSK, January 30. /TASS/. The Lugansk People's Republic’s police and Russian Guard have seized a chache in the community of Melovoye containing a foreign-made grenade launcher, a hand grenade and 150 rounds of ammunition, the LPR Interior Ministry’s public relations department has said.

While patrolling the Melovoye community local criminal police officers and OMON police found an arms cache in a non-residential building and confiscated a foreign-made FAT-4 grenade launcher, an RGD-5 grenade, and 150 7.62-millimeter cartridges, the LPR Interior Ministry said on its Telegram channel.

The seized weapons have been sent to the DPR Interior Ministry’s forensic center for examination.
