KIEV, October 20. /TASS/. President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky has introduced a decision of the country’s national security and defense council to blacklist prominent Russian businessmen, according to the text of a document posted on Thursday on the presidential website.

Among those sanctioned were Leonid Mikhelson, Arkady Rotenberg, Mikhail Prokhorov, Roman Abramovich, Vladimir Lisin, Evgeny Kaspersky and others. Individuals hit with sanctions are listed without specifying their positions. There are 2,507 individuals on the list in total. Sanctions are valid for five and ten years.
