Palestinian president arrives in Moscow for meeting with Putin on January 22

CAIRO, January 21. /TASS/. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has arrived in Moscow for a two-day working visit, the WAFA news agency reported.

According to its information, Abbas plans to meet with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and ambassadors from several Arab countries on January 22. The sides are expected to discuss "the latest developments in the Middle East."

Earlier on Wednesday, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed the planned meeting between Abbas and Putin.
