Moderate earthquake hits Afghanistan

No casualties or damage were reported

MOSCOW, March 12. /TASS/. A Magnitude 5.1 earthquake was registered in Afghanistan on Sunday, according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).

The epicenter was located at a depth of 152 kilometers some 190 kilometers east of the city of Kunduz with a population of more than 161,000.

No casualties or damage were reported.
