According to Edwards' post on his Facebook page (banned in Russia as extremist), information currently indicates 10 injured individuals receiving medical care in city hospitals.

The mayor noted that the shooting incident, which occurred on April 23 at a shopping center, is being investigated as a probable targeted attack.
