ST. PETERSBURG, October 8. /TASS/. The Russian fuel market has the supply and demand balance, Deputy Prime Minister alexander Novak told reporters.

"We are dealing with everything,. The demand and supply balance is present in general and we are manually solving logistical issues that arise. There are no global problems," Novak said.
