MOSCOW, December 4. /TASS/. The Central Bank acknowledges the possibility of key rate increasing in December but this is not predetermined, Governor of the Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina said at the 15th VTB Russia Calling! Investment Forum.

"We gave a signal that the Central Bank allows for the rate increase but I would like to draw your attention that this is not predetermined. Yes, we have a new proinflationary factor appeared; the exchange rate, the rise in prices remain high but we already see from flash data that lending is slowing down, including as regards corporate loans," Nabiullina said.
