Fesco reports tripling capacity of its fleet operating between Russia, India since 2022

NEW DELHI, November 11. /TASS/. The Russian shipping company Fesco has tripled the capacity of its fleet operating between Russia and India since 2022, Vice President of the Liner and Logistic Division at Fesco, German Maslov, told reporters on the sidelines of the Russian-Indian Business Forum in Mumbai.

"We have seen significant development of Russian-Indian business in the last two to three years, both in the import and export of goods between our countries," he said.

"There are now many options for how to deliver cargo between our two countries. You can deliver cargo from the eastern or western part of India to the eastern or western part of Russia. There are solutions, logistics routes that work very well. We, as Fesco, are increasing the capacity of our fleet operating between India and Russia, and have already tripled it since 2022," he added.

According to Maslov, the Russian side sees "more and more opportunities and niche areas for cargo." "We believe that trade between Russia and India will grow," he said.

Fesco is one of the largest transport and logistics companies in Russia.
