MOSCOW, November 10. /TASS/. The Russian government approved rules of paying compensations to foreign holdings during the suspension of their rights in respect of major companies.
The relevant decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The document was posted.
The decree refers to rights of foreign holdings to entities categorized in Russia as economically significant. Under the document, the decision on compensation shall be made by an economically significant entity when a holding applies to it. The amount payment shall be calculated depending on the equity stake and the market value of shares.
The decree comes into force from the day of its promulgation.
