MOSCOW, May 15. /TASS/. Control of the Chaikovka community liberated by Russia’s Battlegroup North will enable Russian forces to expand the security zone in the Kharkov Region and creates conditions for their further advance, a source in Russian defense circles told TASS.
"Control taken of that community allows for expanding the security zone in the Kharkov Region and creates conditions for our troops’ further advance deep into Ukrainian territory," the defense source said.
Russia’s Defense Ministry reported earlier on May 15 that its Battlegroup North had taken control of the settlement of Chaikovka in the Kharkov Region.
