PARIS, March 31. /TASS/. The Stellantis’ PSMA Rus plant in Russia’s Kaluga, where Peugeot, Citroen and Opel cars are assembled, will suspend operations soon due to troubles with parts’ supplies, BFM TV Channel said on Thursday.
"The Stellantis plant in Kaluga, Russia, will have to stop operations due to the shortage of components, which will not make the world better," the TV Channel said, citing the statement of Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares.
The company intends to strictly follow current laws and adhere to sanctions introduced by Western states at the same time, the top manager noted.
