TEHRAN, April 8. /TASS/. A petrochemical plant in the southwestern Iranian city of Mahshahr has been struck, the Mehr news agency said.

Other details, including casualty assessments, are not known at this point. The previous strike at the petrochemical site in Mahshahr occurred on April 4 and left at least five people dead.

Apart from that, the PressTV television said Israel and the United States had struck an aluminum plant in the central Iranian city of Arak, but gave no further details.
