Russian forces kill up to ten Ukrainian troops, destroy suicide drone in DPR

It is reported that artillery units also destroyed a Hummer armored vehicle

MOSCOW, April 7. /TASS/. Motorized riflemen of Russia’s Battlegroup South have downed an improvised suicide drone and killed up to ten Ukrainian troops on the Donetsk frontline, battlegroup spokesman Ivan Bigma told TASS.

"Motorized infantry units of the Battlegroup South killed up to ten Ukrainian troops and downed an improvised suicide drone near the city of Maryinka on the Donetsk frontline. The drone was equipped with a PG-7V grenade launcher," Bigma said.

According to him, artillery units also destroyed a Hummer armored vehicle. "A Giatsint-B battery crew of the Southern Military District’s artillery brigade destroyed two self-propelled Akatsiya howitzers, wiping out a firing position and a D-20 artillery gun," the spokesman added.
