MOSCOW, December 20. /TASS/. The Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) has filed charges in absentia against Alexey Kim, the deputy chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.
According to the data published in the agency's Telegram channel, Kim was charged under two articles of the Ukrainian Criminal Code.
The SBU brings charges against Russian political, military, cultural and public figures in absentia on a regular basis. Additionally, Vladimir Zelensky signs numerous decrees on sanctions against Russian individuals and legal entities, as well as citizens of other countries whom Ukraine accuses of cooperating with Russia.
