NEW YORK, November 11. /TASS/. US President-elect Donald Trump will reverse dozens of incumbent President Joe Biden’s executive orders in his first week in office, Trump Campaign National Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told Fox News.

"There will be a reversal of all the executive orders that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris signed to reverse the effective policies of the first Trump administration," she said, adding that Trump would sign tens of executive orders in his first week in the White House.

According to Leavitt, the 94 executive orders that Biden signed in his first week in office led "to a border crisis and the economic crisis." "That’s why President Trump was re-elected - to reverse the reversal of the Harris-Biden administration’s policies," she noted.

Trump defeated current US Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic Party’s contender, in the November 5 election. The Republican Party took control of the Senate and is also expected to gain a majority in the House of Representatives. Trump’s inauguration is set for January 20, 2025.
