MOSCOW, March 30. /TASS/. Serbia is ready to mediate the Russian-Ukrainian dialogue at any time if Moscow and Kiev want to make use of its services, Serbian Parliament speaker Ivica Dacic told the Izvestia daily in an interview, published on Wednesday.
"Serbia is ready to offer its good diplomatic services and friendly attitude to both sides at any time, if they want to use it," he said, when asked whether Belgrade was planning to offer a venue for the Russian-Ukrainian meeting at the presidential level.
The Russian-Ukrainian talks started on February 28; the delegations had several rounds of talks in Belarus, and then continued their work over video conference. On March 29, the sides had a new in-person round in Istanbul.
