Kiev fired more than 130,000 munitions on Russian civilian targets last year — diplomat

Rodion Miroshnik said that over the last year, militants under Kiev’s command launched 42,000 attacks more on Russian civilian facilities than in the previous year

MOSCOW, January 30. /TASS/. Ukrainian armed formations launched 130,627 munitions on Russian civilian facilities in 2025, or over 40,000 more than in 2024, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large on Kiev’s War Crimes Rodion Miroshnik said.

"Over the last year, militants under Kiev’s command launched 42,000 attacks more on Russian civilian facilities than in the previous year. According to data collected and verified by us, in 2025, Ukrainian armed formations fired at least 130,627 munitions on Russian civilian facilities," he said at a briefing.

"Since February 2022, the overall number of attacks on apartment and school buildings, hospitals and civilian infrastructure has exceeded 350,000," Miroshnik noted.
