Russia’s UN envoy puts civilian death toll from Kiev’s attacks in December at 56

At least 367 civilians were injured, Vasily Nebenzya said

UNITED NATIONS, January 13. /TASS/. Vasily Nebenzya, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, revealed the number of civilian casualties from attacks by Ukrainian troops last month.

"In December 2025, at least 367 civilians were injured in Ukrainian attacks, while 56 others were killed," the Russian diplomat said at a UN Security Council meeting held at the request of Western countries to discuss Ukraine.
