DUSHANBE, October 9. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Tajik counterpart Emomali Rahmon have begun bilateralnegotiations, meeting face-to-face at the Palace of the Nation.

This is the fourth face-to-face meeting between the leaders this year. The previous day, they held informal talks over lunch hosted by Rahmon at the Iram Botanical Garden.

The private talks are expected to continue for at least half an hour before delegation members join the leaders.
