DUBAI, November 24. /TASS/. Being in a state of a hybrid war with NATO, Russia manufactures most of its weapons itself, although it maintains cooperation with a number of countries, Deputy Chairman of Russia’s Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said.

"In the current situation when the entire NATO bloc is confronting Russia, when, as a matter of fact, Russia is in a state of not only a hybrid war, but after well-known events, actually a direct war with the North Atlantic Alliance, the absolute majority of military hardware and weapons are manufactured in our country," he said in an interview with the Al Arabiya television channel when asked whether Russia receives weapons from other countries, for instance, China, North Korea or Iran.

"At the same time, naturally, we are cooperating with a range of countries," he added.

He noted that the "absolute majority of military equipment, weapons, the so-called special equipment, means of destruction, missiles and projectiles are produced in our country, including at such enterprises as the one we are speaking at (Uralvagonzavod - TASS).".
