Russian troops destroy column of Ukraine’s Neo-Nazi Azov militants near Chasov Yar

Igor Kimakovsky told TASS earlier that Russian troops had eliminated a group of militants of the Neo-Nazi Azov formation in the outskirts of Chasov Yar

DONETSK, April 8. /TASS/. Russian troops destroyed a column of militants from Ukraine’s Neo-Nazi Azov formation (outlawed in Russia as a terrorist group) near Chasov Yar in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), adviser to the DPR head Igor Kimakovsky told TASS on Monday.

"The strikes delivered by our Aerospace Forces several kilometers away from Chasov Yar destroyed a column of trucks with the reserve personnel of the Ukrainian armed forces. Reconnaissance data indicate that inside the trucks there were dozens of personnel of the 3rd brigade that Kiev had set up on the basis of the Azov formation," the adviser said.

Kimakovsky told TASS earlier that Russian troops had eliminated a group of militants of the Neo-Nazi Azov formation in the outskirts of Chasov Yar. He said that most of the militants killed had been holding defense in a residential area.
