US sanctions against Russia impoverish EU population — Russian Ambassador to China

It is reported that as it did during the 2008 financial crisis, the US is using the dollar's monopoly and its policy of coercion on financial market to force other countries to pay for the crisis

As it did during the 2008 financial crisis, the US is using the dollar's monopoly and its policy of coercion on financial market to force other countries to pay for the crisis, Morgulov said.
