Allied forces improve their positions in Artemovsk — DPR leader

There have been certain improvements, including directly in Artemovsk, partly due to the fact that the enemy had to pull all its forces and reserves to the Krasny Liman area

DONETSK, October 5. /TASS/. The forces of Russia and the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) improved their positions in the city of Artemovsk (known as Bakhmut in Ukraine), partially because Kiev centered its troops in the Krasny Liman area, DPR leader Denis Pushilin said.

"I would like to mention the Artemovsk area. There have been certain improvements, including directly in Artemovsk, partly due to the fact that the enemy had to pull all its forces and reserves to the Krasny Liman area, and, of course, our units are making the use of that," he said.

Earlier, Pushilin said Ukrainian troops were withdrawing from several areas in Artemovsk.
