KIEV, September 26. /TASS/. Ukraine’s An-26 military transport plane, which crashed in the northeastern Kharkov region on Friday, most likely hit the ground by its wing, Defense Minister Andrei Taran said.

"The preliminary investigation shows that most likely the plane’s wing hit the ground," the minister said in a statement published on the defense ministry’s website.
